Conflicted

Seems like times are changing.
Is the darkness fading?

I don't want to feel.
Is that weakness still alive?

I thought the beast had come to stay.
So do I feel it slipping away?

I don't want the light or the love.
I don't want to believe in angels above.
I want this darkness to continue to grin.
That's the only way I can begin.
To change the way they all think.
To cleanse this world of insanity.

Sometimes I feel like I'm falling a part.
So do I still have a heart?

A doubt is but a doubt.
There is no returning from whence you came.
Gain a grip on all you know.
Believe in what you have become.
Conflicted or not.
You will KILL GOD!
