Behind Closed Doors

Most of us sit in a single room. A room with a single door marked "Reality". We believe this single room contains everything we need to know. That it contains all the possibilities, and what is not in this room, is not possible. Yet we often find ourselves wondering the same question. "Is there something beyond that door?" Our belief is that beyond that door lies nothing. Yet in wondering what if, we show a doubt in that very belief. If you believe something is true, then why would you doubt it?

Some of us have grown tired of wondering. We have opened the door to this single room to see what lies beyond it. There we have found that this single room has been falsely labeled reality. For beyond this single room, on the other side of the door, lies a never ending hallway. This hallway is lined with doors that go on and on forever. And marked on each door is a sign that reads "Reality Continues Here".

Though we may never open all of these doors, we are no longer confined to that single room and it's possibilities. We see that reality is beyond what we have known for so long. The fear of losing the comfort from that single room was not enough to stop us from looking beyond it.
